平素からのご愛顧ありがとうございます。突然ではありますが、長崎インターナショナルホステルあかりをこの5月に閉店することをお知らせ致します。
2008年の創業より12年、国内外より本当に多くのゲストさんにご滞在頂きました。ゲストさんをはじめ、地域のカフェや飲食店やご近所の皆さん、全国の同業の皆さん、ゲストとのまち歩き企画に参加してくださったメンバーさん達、そして日々を支えてくれたスタッフの皆さんのおかげでここまでやってくることができました。
ここ数年は、宿泊施設の供給過剰の状況もあり思うような運営ができておらず、オリンピック以降はどう運営すべきかなぁ、と方向性を検討しているところでもありました。今回のコロナウイルスの問題によりそれも前倒し閉館することといたしました。
あかりは地方都市の旅のベースとして私たちの思いを込めた場所でとても名残惜しくもありますが、今後は駅前の姉妹店「カフェと宿ROUTE」にてその意志を引き継ぎ活動を続けてまいります。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。いつでも遊びにいらしてください！
本来であればお世話になった皆様をお招きし、御礼の会なども催したかったのですが、残念ながら今はそれも叶わず申し訳ございません。この場をお借りしまして、これまでのご愛顧に深く御礼申し上げます。

We are sorry to notice a sudden announcement. Nagasaki International Hostel Akari is closing down in May.
Hostel AKARI started business at Nagasaki in 2008 as the first hostel of Akari cooperation. For 12 years, we are very happy to have many guests from all over the world and share wonderful time here.
Actually, due to the oversupply of accommodations in nagasaki city, our business has not been easy for the last few years. And even without the problem of corona virus, we had already planned closing Hostel Akari in the near future.
Unfortunately, closing day came few years ahead... We are very very sorry to notice this announcement suddenly, but our sister hostel, “Cafe and petit Hostel ROUTE" will take over our spirit!
We sincerely appreciate your stay and great support.
